An NHS Foundation Trust

We undertook a set of programme diagnostics for the Trusts Electronic Health Record implementation and provided a series of recommendations for improvements in the areas of requirements management, programme organisation and role structure, supplier management, testing and service introduction.

Fujitsu Services

DWP Desktop Programme: We provided process and programme management capability to deliver the time critical DWP Desktop Transition and Transformation programme. This £450 million programme was the first within the DWP to undertake an "in life" transfer of desktop supplier and needed to support the seamless transfer of 140,000 desktop users and business critical applications.

UK Border Agency.

PBS Programme: We provided process and programme management consultancy to design and implement a RUP based Release Management Strategy in support of the delivery of the Points Based System (PBS) . Additionally we provided business and supplier delivery direction and management for the duration of the PBS Programme. We received a Ministerial commendation for the delivery of the initial implementation of PBS in 5 months.

ICW Programme: Building on our previous success with the Points Based system programme we provided supplier procurement consultancy, Programme organisational design, an ICW specific implementation of the Release Management Strategy and delivery management of the early Service Oriented Architecture components of the programme. Furthermore we managed the delivery of the early software components of the Integrity solution.

NHS National Programme - National Spine.

We provided overall delivery direction, programme and process management, integration and accreditation management, service design and operations for the £660 million National Spine programme.

Ufi learndirect

We acted as Strategic Design Authority for the programme, directed and controlled the development of the base specification for the learndirect e-learning system and content architectures, additionally defined, managed and controlled learndirect’s system and content research and development activity.
